I can hear the HDD spinning up approx every 30 seconds when it should be asleep. The log from pmset looks to have a lot of activity, but I'm not sure how to make use of the data. Below I have provided the Battery Information from the System Report and also the output form pmset -g log. It will drain a few percent within a few mins while it is in sleep mode and will be completely drained in less than a few hours. I recently received a Mid 2012 Macbook Pro (Yosemite 10.10.1) and the battery drains fast in sleep mode.
